Rules and Regulations:

Courses of study: The school is now a full-pledge senior secondary school. The curriculum of the Assam Higher Secondary Education (AHSEC) is followed. Medium of instructions is English.

All senior secondary students will have four elective subjects in addition to English and MIL.

Admission to Class XI:

Candidates seeking admission in Class XI need to apply for fresh admission by filling the form and following the admission process stated in the prospectus.

Admission Procedure:

  1. Applications for admission to the school should be made in the prescribed form available with the school prospectus. The prospectus may be obtained from the school office on all working days.
  2. No application will be accepted after the last date of submission of form.
  3. Incomplete application form without attested copies of required testimonials will be rejected.
  1. The candidates selected get themselves admitted on the specified day of admission, failing which they will forfeit their claim.
  2. An admission committee consists of teachers from different departments will conduct the admission.

Admission Requirement:

  • Original copies of the Marksheet and certificates of the examination passed.
  • Two copies of recent passport size photograph.
  • Xerox copy of Birth Certificate.
  • Character Certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
  • Caste Certificate (Where Necessary)
  • Photo copy of the Aadhaar card of the student.
  • Migration Certificate (For students from a board other than SEBA).
  • Gap Certificate (Where necessary)

Code of Conduct:

  • Students are expected to familiarize themselves with all academic rules as notified from time to time.
  • Students must atleast attend 85% of the total classes held in each subject/ paper during the academic session.
  • Students must wear the approved school uniform on all working days.
  • Students must wear their school ID card in a visible manner at any time inside the campus.
  • Permission of entry is not allowed after sharp 9:00 A.M.
  • Half leave during class hours is not granted under normal circumstances.
  • Students must observe silence and maintain decorum whether inside or out the school campus.
  • Students are advised and expected to use school property with utmost care and should not fiddle with electric and other fittings and must help to keep school premises tidy.
  • Ragging, bullying, using foul language, or using any form of violence against a fellow learner will lead to suspension or rustication.
  • Mobile phone is strictly prohibited within the school campus.
  • If a student remains absent for seven consecutive days without any information strict action will be taken by the school authorities.
  • Notice designed to be pasted or circulated by the students anywhere in the school premises shall require the approval of the principal.
  • Communal harmony must be maintained.
  • Smoking, chewing tobacco and spitting areca nut inside the school is strictly prohibited.
  • Any violation of code of conduct will be seriously viewed and will be punished.
